Virtual Window Treatment Consultation

COVID-19 is changing how we operate our consultations now. Our customers' safety is our #1 priority. The following procedures are how we will be conducting our window consultations at this time.

1) When you call, we will ask whether you have an iPhone or Android phone.

2)  Prior to start of the virtual appointment, we will drop off design books on your front porch. These will be sanitized to provide peace of mind.

3) We will hold virtual consultation.

4) We will walk you through how to use the Measure app or a tape measure to measure your windows. (Note: This is just to allow us to provide rough pricing. We will confirm final measurements before ordering.)

5) If you want to proceed with ordering and we collectively agree all parties are healthy, one of your team members can go back to the house, confirm measurements and pick up the books. This will limit the in-person contact and allow us to maintain a safe social distance of six feet or more.
