Diana, along with her husband, is the heart and soul behind Budget Blinds. With a passion for design, art, and creativity, Diana loves bringing beautiful designs to life. Her dedication extends beyond her work as she is a proud animal lover and an active member of her community. Diana’s artistic flair and commitment to excellence ensure that every project is a masterpiece.

Hailing all the way from the Republic of Colombia, Max has almost 4 years of experience getting new customers to play with him, sleeping, and perfecting his sad face when you leave. Also bilingual, Max plays an important part in our local showroom in Branson, MO. 

Shandi is the Administrative Services Director here at Budget Blinds of SW Missouri and NW Springfield. Her main goal is for you to hear her smile through conversation and offer you the best customer experience.  She hopes to show you respect and receive the same as you venture through the process of making your house a home. She stays busy with her wife and kids as both boys are in sports. Their oldest, Noah, is a junior at Central and plans on getting into politics to change the world. Luke is a freshman at Central and has goals of entering the world of Sports Medicine. They are dedicated to their family, and will be equally dedicated to yours.

Monique is in Administrative Services here at Budget Blinds of SW Missouri and NW Springfield. She is a proud mom, wife, and daughter. She enjoys time with her family and helping run the family auto business. Monique will be the delightful voice you hear when you have any questions about Budget Blinds. Courtney works in Sales & Design here at Budget Blinds. She is an interior design major with a minor in construction management. She looks forward to serving you with a smile.
