Even though the company normally does not carry one particular woven shade I wanted for my windows, Joel made some quick calls the same day and was able to find exact shades I wanted. He also made arrangements to get them delivered and installed within 3 weeks, before our scheduled trip. He also took care of the installation which really helps since if there are some issues with installation, you can address them directly with him. That is what I call great customer service.
