    We've been married over 30 years and after separate careers in the tech industry, we decided to start our own business, together. Mark is our expert when it comes to engineering the perfect fit and installing your custom window treatments.  He hasn’t met a window yet that he couldn’t cover, and he’s met quite a few!

We're looking for people to join our team.

If you love the idea of becoming an expert and providing outstanding customer service, give us a shout.

You will offer window treatment solutions to customers and the highest levels of customer service to drive your bottom line and the company. You are supported by a team to assist you with optimal closing rates. We are specifically looking for someone to service customers in the Prosper, Celina, and Aubrey areas so familiarity with those areas is a big plus. Flexible commission plus base salary with flexible payment terms.

Requirements

  • Present and sell company products, namely custom window coverings, to new and existing customers
  • Travel within Prosper/Celina/Aubrey area to customer locations. The company provided van and sample books
  • Measure windows configure to customer requirements, and quote utilizing company and vendor systems
  • Work with our marketing team to develop your local area marketing plan to prospect customers. Leads generated through national and local programs
  • Your success is measured by close rate and agreed-upon sales targets along with timely paperwork
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Installation Technicians and Office Administrators to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to clients from initial contact through to the end of the project, and beyond 
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass auto insurance requirements
  • You have an inborn ability to build rapport with customers
  • You’ve worked in sales, customer service, interior design, and/or other related fields
  • You can make your way around ordering systems software
  • You appreciate deadlines and can deliver
  • Know how to use and read a laser measure
  • You can work well with others since you know they can help make you successful
