Why Budget Blinds of Northwest Rochester

Jessi Chichelli has owned Budget Blinds of Northwest Rochester since April 2016. In that time, she has grown her team and operation to become the #1 provider of customer window treatments in the Rochester area! 

Jessi loves to use her creativity and eye for design to help homeowners solve their window covering challenges. She believes that functionality comes first in design, ensuring customers select products that will help them enjoy their space and solve their window covering needs for many years after installation. She enjoys adding drapery to create a finished look in a room and has become an expert in automated window treatments.

Jessi and her husband Steve recently built a new home in Spencerport, returning to their westside roots. They have a daughter, Janessa, who is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, and a son, Jayson, who runs cross country and track and studies business at Sienna College. She loves calling this area home and is proud to own a small business in such a great community!

Tim Kelly has served Budget Blinds of Northwest Rochester since 2019 and he currently supports the team as a Design Consultant and Installation Manager. 

Tim has a wealth of knowledge in facility maintenance and management, and he loves meeting new people as he helps beautify their home. As a native to the Greece area, he often shows up at an appointment and realizes he somehow knows the homeowner, which makes his work even more fun! 

Tim enjoys golf, gathering with friends and family, and he loves hockey. Tim and his wife, Kim, have been married for over 30 years and they have a daughter who works in New York City and a son who is studying business at Tampa University. Tim loves working for a small business and connecting with the local community.

Greg has supported the Budget Blinds team since 2021 as a window treatment installer. 

Greg has over 15 years of experience in window treatment installations, is quick but precise in his work, and excels at our more challenging installs. 

Greg loves the outdoors, and can most often be found hiking, skiing, camping or bike riding all around New York State and beyond. When he is closer to civilization, he enjoys visiting many of our local micro-breweries with his wife, Laurie. He and Laurie have two daughters, have been married for over 27 years and they currently live in Gananda.

Wendy Delbono is our newest addition to the Budget Blinds team in 2024. She supports the team as our Customer Experience Coordinator, ensuring customers have an amazing experience working with us from their very first conversation through their final installation.

Wendy has been involved with many different businesses over the years, but always in the area of customer service. She thrives at listening to people’s needs and loves to solve problems.

Wendy has two children she raised in the town of Victor. Her son is currently in sales with a software company in Tampa, Florida, while her daughter remains here at home with her. She loves summer sports like paddleboarding, water skiing, and hiking. You can also catch her enjoying live music at our many summer concert venues!
