Why Budget Blinds of Northwest Rochester

Jessi Chichelli is proud to serve the Budget Blinds of Northwest Rochester team as Owner and Design Consultant! Jessi studied at Ithaca College and RIT and worked at Wegmans Food Markets as a buyer and category manager for 26 years. She is very creative and enjoys working on a challenge! Jessi loves to work with each and every customer and enjoys helping them make their life easier and their home more functional!

Jessi led Girl Scouts for many years and spent most of her time engaged with her children at swim meets, track meets, and baseball games. When you can't find her at the office, you can find her cooking meals and entertaining people in her home!

Jessi and her husband Steve have  a daughter, Janessa, who is studying occupational Therapy at Utica College, and a son, Jayson, who spends much of his time as a runner for McQuaid High School. She loves calling this area home and is proud to serve such a great community!

Lisa Dellefave is proud to serve the Budget Blinds of Northwest Rochester team as the Office Manager! Lisa loves helping people and offering stellar customer service is one of her many strengths! She has lived in Irodequoit for most of her life and loves calling this area home. She is always focused on her family, especially her nieces and nephews and loves to have down time to watch Grey’s Anatomy and Will and Grace. Lisa and her significant other, Vince, have been together for over 35 years and her most spoiled family member is her trouble-making cat, Sadie.

Steve Myers is happy to serve the Budget Blinds of Northwest Rochester team as an Installer! After retiring from his 35+ year career with Wegmans Food Markets as maintenance supervisor, Jessi’s father, Steve, is eager to help his daughter with her new business. He is known for having a tool for every job and is honored to offer his skills to each and every client! In his spare time, he likes to play pickleball, go hiking, and lead his area’s Neighborhood Watch Program. During the warmer seasons, he enjoys camping and kayaking. Steve has been married for 50 years to his wife Deborah and loves spending time with his family!

Tim Kelly is excited to serve the Budget Blinds of Northwest Rochester team as Lead Installer and Commercial Salesman! Tim has a wealth of knowledge in facility maintenance and management, as well as home improvement and he loves meeting new people as he helps beautify their home. As a native to the Greece area, he often shows up at an install and realizes he somehow knows the homeowner, which makes his work even more fun!

Tim enjoys golf, boating, gathering with friends and family, and he loves hockey! If Tim isn’t working or helping a friend in need, you can catch him at The Brookhouse enjoying a great meal with his friends and family. Tim and his wife, Kim, have been married for over 30 years and they have a daughter and a son whom they greatly adore.
