I ordered a retractable screen for a patio swing out door. I have had phantom screens before and this screen does not require a bottom track - I really like it. They were prompt in making appointment, prompt showing up for appointment and AWESOME at install - polite and clean and professional. I had a 2nd bid for a traditional retractable screen and they were consistent in keeping in touch to see if I had the bid (took 2 weeks to get - forget them). I definitely recommend them!
