Hello! Thank you for visiting our website. My name is Tim Novak, and I am the owner of Budget Blinds of Mequon. After working in Corporate America for 19 years as well as the US Army Reserve for 20 years, I left all that and opened a Budget Blinds franchise in 2008. In spring of 2015, we opened our office/showroom on Executive Drive in Mequon. I work with customers in their homes or businesses to select the perfect window covering to meet a customer's function, style and budget requirements. Molly is our office administrator and responsible for scheduling appointments for me, bookkeeping, and a variety of other essential tasks. Haley covers the phone in the afternoon, and schedules appointments. Gerardo is our full-time installer; he also tracks customer orders, schedules jobs, and does repairs. We all work hard to provide our customers with great products and service at the best price. We look forward to working with you!
Hello, my name is Molly and I am part of the office administration team. I was born and raised on the West Coast in beautiful Oregon. I met my husband in Chicago in 2000 and moved to the Midwest where we settled in Milwaukee. We have now been married 16 years and have a full house with 5 children. We spend most of our free time enjoying watching our kids play sports and taking family vacations. I have been in the customer service and sales business for many years, after earning a business degree from the University of Washington. I love working with people, utilizing my business knowledge and being part of a team. Some of my responsibilities at Budget Blinds include scheduling appointments for Tim, book keeping, invoicing and other essential job duties. I look forward to working with all customers to provide superior service and ensure all needs are met in a timely fashion!
My name is Haley and I have been so fortunate to work remotely for Budget Blinds while living in sunny Arizona. At Budget Blinds I provide admin support as well as schedule incoming consultations. Motherhood is my full-time career to which I am totally satisfied with. I have two great kiddos, a husband and one pup named Dexter. When we aren’t busy juggling the kids and work we enjoy relaxing by the pool and hanging out together.
Hi, my name is Gerardo Mayerstein. I am originally from Mexico city, Mexico. I am the 2nd youngest of 6 siblings, and I have been living in the USA for over 27 years. I served in the arm forces for 2 years to obtained my citizenship, and now I am a proud American. I have two children Jakob and Julian. They are 15-year old twins and the love of my life. I love working where I can meet new people. I am courteous with every person I encounter regardless if at work or in my personal life. I remember the wise words of my mother: You don’t need to be perfect; just be decent, and life will show you the way. I have been working for Budget Blinds since June, 2017 as an installer. I like my job because it allows me to make our customers feel happy with a smile, and do good quality work.
