Kevin and Renee Clark are the proud owners of two Budget Blinds territories, Janesville & Monroe. Also the owners of MAKING DREAMS Realty, and MDR Home Styling & Design LLC, they have been serving the southern territories of Wisconsin in real estate and home design since 2015. Prior to that Kevin and Renee were in the service professions of teaching and health care, Kevin a math teacher, and Renee a VP of Nursing Services & Performance Improvement.

In 2022, Kevin and Renee purchased Budget Blinds of Janesville in order to enhance the home styling services they provide within their community and in 2023, the Budget Blinds of Monroe territory was acquired to expand these services.

Starting out as a Real Estate Consultant for MAKING DREAMS Realty (see MDR bio), Ryan is a multifaceted partner of Kevin and Renee, and has been a part of their team since 2019. Upon the purchase of Budget Blinds of Janesville, Ryan joined the Clark's on this new adventure by becoming an Installation Specialist, and without hesitation was drawn to the sales and administrative side, now acting as the as the lead Sales Consultant.

Kristin, also no stranger to the Clark's and The MDR House family, joined the Budget Blinds team in 2024 as Administrative Manager. Should you stop in the Showroom, or give us a call to schedule an appointment, expect to hear from Kristin. She will help cover all your needs.

Also a full time teacher, Chad joined our Budget Blinds family as a summer partner when it was aquired by the Clark's in 2022. We are super grateful to have him on the team!

Jacob is the guy who is going to make you smile! When your custom window treatments are ready to install, Jacob is one of our team members that is coming out to your property and give your windows a fresh look! With a kind heart, great customer service skills, and plenty of installations now under his belt, Jacob won't finish a job without your satisfaction.
