A lifelong entrepreneur and business leader, Ron brings decades of experience in business ownership, sales, leadership and customer service to Budget Blinds. He believes great businesses are built on trust, strong relationships and simply doing what you say you're going to do.

Ron enjoys working with clients, building relationships throughout the communities Budget Blinds serves and finding practical solutions that make a real difference in people's homes. Outside of work, you'll usually find him travelling with Nicole, working around the acreage or enjoying Alberta's outdoors.

Nicole brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, design, client relations and entrepreneurship to Budget Blinds. With a strong creative background and a natural eye for colour, texture and detail, she has long been drawn to interiors, evolving design trends and the way colour, texture and thoughtful details can transform a space.

Just as important to Nicole is the experience along the way. She believes good design should be approachable, clients should feel heard, and exceptional service never goes out of style.

Nicole’s world beyond Budget Blinds is a mix of horses, art, photography, travel, cooking and the outdoors — preferably with plenty of time spent at home on the acreage with Ron and their horses.

Jodie is the Quarterback of our entire operation! She makes sure the team is organized and prepared for their day ahead. She may be the first voice you hear when you call our Airdrie Office, and will certainly be the one to help you through any service or warranty issues you may have after your new blinds are installed! Jodie's dedication to our customers and our staff is beyond compare and she is an absolute delight to work with on a daily basis. When she is not busy raising her 2 boys, she can be found dominating the pool table in her weekly pool league or on the ball diamond!

Justin is our "Silent MacGyver"! He will be in and out of your home with your window coverings installed perfectly in a flash. His attention to detail and ability to solve any unforeseen challenges on the spot are unmatched. 

Deidre comes to us from a background of early childhood education, office management, and administrative support. 

She is an amazing addition to our team! She will likely be the first friendly voice you hear when calling into our office. Deidre is passionate about ensuring that we are a good fit to help you in the best way with your window-covering project. Outside of work Deidre enjoys spending time with her hubby Austin or keeping busy with friends/family.
