Meet your Budget Blinds Team of Concord & Hanover!
Kevin Ronald has had the pleasure of owning Budget Blinds of Concord and Hanover since January of 2015. His nearly 50 years of full-time employment has taught him many useful skills that he is able to bring to the table with Budget Blinds. Kevin grew up in Westchester County, NY and relocated to NH in 2011. He enjoys traveling and taking trips on his motorcycle when he isn't in the office helping clients. Kevin and his wife, Lissa, have one daughter and one son and he loves to spend as much time with them as possible! A graduate from the "school of hard knocks," Kevin has had many life experiences that have brought him to Budget Blinds where he is honored to serve his community!
Senior Design Consultant
Greg Dorfman has served as the Senior Design Consultant with Budget Blinds of Concord and Hanover since January of 2015. He enjoys helping clients find solutions to their problems and specializes in setting window treatments up with in-home automation such as Alexa or Google Home to make controlling your shades as easy as possible! Greg grew up in Hooksett, NH and loves calling this area home. You may recognize him as Jake Blues, a professional musician with the Blues Brothers Tribute Band! Greg also enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time out on the road. His past career as a certified fugitive recovery agent has taught him to pay close attention to detail, making him a great design consultant. Greg is happily married to his wife, Catherine, and the two of them love spending time with their dog, Casey.
Mallorie is our Office Administrator here at Budget Blinds of Concord & Hanover. Previously, she completed two years of business classes and has obtained her professional certificate in Education. She enjoys working as part of our team and talking with our customers. Her customer service and organizational skills make her a very valuable addition. She is energetic and enthusiastic, and we enjoy having her!
Mallorie is a native of this area, currently residing in Henniker, and enjoys all of what New Hampshire has to offer – from the mountains to the ocean! She loves the outdoors, and most weekends you can find her on a lake swimming or boating. Some of her other hobbies include cooking, baking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
She and her husband, Chris, are soon planning a move to Bradford with their son, Mason, golden retriever, Barley, and their two cats named Jett and Tink!

· Answer phones
· Set & Manage Appointments
· Resolve Client Issues, Inventory Management
· Product tracking, schedule delivery, manage product, manage installations
· Place Product Orders
· Clear communications with excellent follow up
· Maintain CRM
· Collect, deposit, and manage Accounts Receivable
· Managing miscellaneous accounts payable
· Able to perform very well in a multi-tasking environment
· Create and update spreadsheets, modify as needed
· Assist with sales calls on occasion
· Manage Social Media including Google My Business, Google Adds, Facebook and Instagram.
The successful candidate must possess and demonstrate:
Excellent customer service and phone skills. Excellent grammar. Excellent writing skills. Excellent organizational skills and neatness
Must be able to work in open office environment (be able to both work independently in a shared workspace and also to respect that others are working and not to be disrupted)
Must have great interpersonal communication skills & work well in a team environment.
Self-motivated. Able to work independently. Very good problem solving skills. Be able to lift 25 pounds (occasionally move product, carry things to office, etc.) Stand on step stool.
Excellent Microsoft Skills
Excel: Will need to create, modify, and update spreadsheets using look up tables, sorting, charts & graphs, and many functions such as calculating actuals and trends for margin and sales
Word: Will need to create, modify, and update templates and forms.
Quick Book on Line Skills
Able to track expenses, create invoices, reconcile accounts.
Social Media Skills
Able to create posts in Google My Business, Facebook and Instagram as well as manage Google Adds.
Pleasant & Professional Demeanor
On time. No gossip. Upbeat. Dependable.
Must be able to effectively work with different personalities.
