Billy is Carolyn's son and now General Manager.  Billy came on board in 2015 after many years of a career in the automotive industry.  He worked hard to learn the business from every aspect, sales, installation, and management.  He took our business from 80% manual shades to 80% motorized.  His forward motion in motorization has been business-changing and very beneficial with the new child safety laws that are ever-changing regarding cords.

His commitment to Budget Blinds only pales in comparison to his commitment to being a good father to his twins and roll model to the young men he coaches on his little league team.  We like to call him our 'motorization guru'.  Carolyn likes to call him her 'exit strategy when she's ready to retire!

Mary is our Office Manager and Carolyn's sister.  Mary joined Carolyn in 2011 shortly after the franchise opened.  Having been in retail for over 30 years, she saw how the business was taking off and needed her help.  She was vacationing here at the time and decided to leave early to go home and pack and move to Florida to help with the business.  Carolyn will be forever grateful!  She's the glue that binds our Blinds Team!

Kim is our part-time Office Manager and full-time Social Media Specialist.  She joined as one of the 'blind sisters' in 2013!  She posts reviews, pictures and other relevant materials on our online platforms and assists in our community appreciation events annually.

Trish is our Showroom Specialist.  She was chosen from her years of experience in Lowe's window treatment department.  Trish's knowledge is so vast we had to share her with our sales team as a Design Consultant to help run appointments.  We would clone her for both jobs full-time if we could.

Cheryl, Design Consultant, joined the Budget Blinds of Clearwater and Seminole Team in 2020 after being a consultant for JC Penney.  Cheryl has a great eye for design and is known for offering many options for her customers.  Cheryl has a 'girl next door' personality and will be best friends with your pets before she leaves!

Jackie, Design Consultant, joined our team in 2015 as our custom drapery designer.  She has a long history in the custom window treatments industry.  She will help you choose the perfect textiles and hardware for creating the most simple to  the most dramatic soft treatments for your home.

Arden, Design Consultant, joined our family in 2022 after many years in the interior furnishings with the high-end furniture company Robb & Stuckey.  Arden has a great eye for design and detail.  She is great at identifying your needs and will rapidly get down to business.

Rob is our 'veteran' installer.  He started with us in 2016 thinking he would help out occasionally but is still with us today.  He retried from the military, retired from the Post Office and will hopefully be with us unti he decides to retire from Budget Blinds.  If you are lucky enough to have a piano he might evan play and sing for you!

Chris was introduced to us by Robert in 2016 and decided to put down his spoon as a professional chef and pick up a drill as a professional installer.  His talents in cooking and in being a musician has carried over to his skills in stalling.  His attention to detail and creative thinking make him a great installer.  Being a dog lover, Chris affectionately call everyone's dog 'Scruffles'!

Josh joined the installation team department in 2021.  His experience in customer service at Lowe's and his eagerness to learn has made him an excellent addition to our install team.  He has mastered programming motorization and setting up smart home hubs to make the operation of your motorization as easy as pie!

Dan joined our family in 2021 after 25 years of installing for JC Penney.  His years of experience have made him a great addition to our team.  He hasn't met a snack, disco move, or window treatment he can't conquer!

 Pablo joined our team in 2023.  He has 30+ years experience with JCPenney and other Budget Blinds franchises.  His professionalism and personality are a pleasure and great addition to our team.
