Why Budget Blinds of North County San Diego

Adam participates in the day-to-day operations of Budget Blinds. Adam is a former executive with O'Reilly Auto Parts in charge of sales and operations for stores in Southern California, Arizona, and Hawaii. Originally from Tennessee, he graduated High School in the Memphis area. He also attended college at the University of Memphis where he studied finance and economics. Adam is passionate about spending time with his family, helping grow and develop the team at Budget Blinds, and traveling.

Lloyd and Angela both participate in the day-to-day operations of Budget Blinds. Married for 11 years, Lloyd is a retired Marine Corps Officer and former senior vice president here in San Diego; Angela comes from a rich corporate background in Cleveland, OH and North County more recently. Angela is an animal rescue advocate both working and volunteering at the San Diego Humane Society over the last several years. Lloyd enjoys working with small business owners within the Budget Blinds franchise system starting off on their new adventure.

Jeremy is Mr POSITIVE ATTITUDE and our resident expert on Crimsafe Security Doors and Windows.  He was born and raised in the Temecula Valley Wine region.  Jeremy not only knows all of our local cities and neighborhoods but the characteristics of each that make them unique within our North County San Diego community.  Prior to joining Budget Blinds, Jeremy spent 10 years with O'Reilly Auto Parts attaining the position of Regional Sales Manager.  As General manager, Jeremy LOVES LOVES LOVES to solve our customer's problems!

Czach is well-known within the Budget Blinds family nationwide.  He was the original owner of the North County business and has graciously agreed to rejoin our family to manage our sales team providing us with invaluable experience and perspective.  Czach gained his experience by being part of the original Budget Blinds founding team, starting with the small business that Budget Blinds was in the 1990s and helping to grow it into the national powerhouse that is today - America's #1 provider of custom window coverings.  You can say that window coverings is in his  blood!  If Czach has helped you before, he is here to help you again!

France is yet another Budget Blinds Consultant who has called North County San Diego home for more than 35 years. After college, France jumped right into working in all aspects of construction. He has many fans around town from his 10+ years of experience designing and installing home interior upgrades including windows, floors, framing, backsplashes, tile, wood, painting, and yes... blinds. He's also an accomplished musician who enjoys special attention to detail and watching the Padres win. France is a welcomed addition to our family bringing a smile and excellent customer service to Budget Blinds each and every day!

Gordon is a native North County San Diegan graduating from Vista High School in 2004. He attended the University of Connecticut earning a bachelor's degree in Sociology. Gordon also did a good deal of traveling after college. On one of his many stops, he consulted for Budget Blinds of Wilmington, NC. Gordon decided to return home transferring to our North County team. He comes to us armed with a wealth of experience ready to help you with your window covering questions.

Juan is our longest tenured installer working for Budget Blinds for nearly 20 years.  Aside from installing shutters, shades and blinds, he has been in the home improvement business for many years as well. Juan's long time experience with Budget Blinds provides our installation team with a mature, seasoned veteran of home-improvement installations.

Lisa is our ray of sunshine here at Budget Blinds. Her positivity and warm personality makes her perfect for the role of communicating with our customers.  Lisa has an extensive background in the beauty industry which makes her transition to the design world very natural for her. She is a Southern California native and has lived in Vista for the past 6 years.   Lisa enjoys the outdoors, crafting, baking, and bike riding. She also loves spending time with her family and two dogs, KoCo and DayZe. Lisa has a very bright future here at Budget Blinds. 

An Orange County native, Lori moved to San Diego to attend SDSU and is proud to still call North County San Diego her home. She began her career as an English teacher and eventually transitioned to graphic design, where she worked with many of our local brides and small businesses. Her passion for design and creativity is carried over into the world of window coverings and drapery.  She can frequently be found recreating along the coast with her husband, 2 active boys, and giant bernedoodle.

Nikki manages the office for our Budget Blinds team. After graduating from Central Michigan University (Go Chippewas!)  with a degree in communications, she moved to the west coast. She also has a degree in art, and has spent the last 20 years in North County San Diego living and working in the customer service industry while raising her two teenage daughters. She is passionate about her family, cooking, art and interior design.

Raul is our newest (and youngest) installer. But you would guess neither because of his attention to detail and quick learning ability. Raul was born and raised in Vista.  He enjoys the outdoors and summertime camping trips. Raul also loves spending time with his fiancé Griselda, their two dogs Riolu and Coco. The couple also just adopted a new puppy who named Midnight. In the short time Raul has been with us, he has progressed so fast and is always looking for ways to improve our customer's experience. The sky is the limit for this driven young man!  

Robert has worked in customer service rolls for over 30 years and has consulted for and installed window coverings for Budget Blinds since 2004. He is a San Diego native graduating from San Diego State University in 1990 earning a B.A. in History. Robert and his wife Lorraine have been married for 20 years; both are avid sports fan following all our San Diego sports teams. He is also a San Diego history buff. Like many San Diegans, he enjoys bicycling, basketball, and the beach. In short, Robert is a San Diego fanatic!

Rosa has an extensive and successful background in customer service and inside sales.  She provides support to our customers setting up consultations as well as hosting them at our new showroom.    Rosa was born and raised in Oceanside. On her free time she enjoys the outdoors, hiking, and playing sports. The most fun she has is spending time with her daughter.

Rosa is an amazing addition to our team.  Not only does she look for ways to grow her skills every day, her passion for helping people inspires our whole team.

Susan is a North County native, growing up in Encinitas and loving everything the beach has to offer. After graduating from San Diego State University in 1989 (Go Aztecs!), she moved to Boulder Colorado to start her life-long career in window coverings with Hunter Douglas. From Boulder and now returning to to North County recently, she has worked in every facet of the window covering industry.  We could not be MORE THRILLED to have Susan on our team! 

By putting homeowners at ease and simplifying the design and selection process, she most enjoys inspiring her customers and helping them select the best window treatments for their homes.  She’s here to help you!

Ken has been installing blinds for nearly 20 years.  Dubbed "Mr Friendly" by customers and team members alike, Ken is our resident shutter expert receiving more five-star review mentions for his work than everybody else in our company combined!  As with many San Diego born and raised families, Ken is a fan of recreation  - spending part of his time with his family in the desert riding motorcycles and quads. Ken also likes playing basketball and cooking.  Ask him for his famous chili recipe!
