Joel Walters began working for Budget Blinds in 2006. He most enjoys getting to know people throughout the community. He loves that blinds and window coverings not only meet a practical need, such as privacy and light control, but also play such a large role in the aesthetic appeal of personal space. His hobbies include playing ultimate Frisbee, beekeeping, gardening and being a dad. He enjoys: working on home projects using repurposed objects; craft beer; and trail running with his wife, Emily.

Todd began working with Budget Blinds in the summer of 2011. He worked as an installer for four years and transitioned into design and consultation in early 2015. His favorite part of working with Budget Blinds is meeting and connecting with our customers. Todd likes fly fishing and tying flies, backpacking, playing and coaching soccer, woodworking, reading, cooking, and doing art with his three kids.

Joe began working with Budget Blinds at the beginning of 2014 as an installer. In 2017 he became a design consultant. Joe enjoys the team atmosphere he shares with his co-workers. In his free time Joe enjoys camping and riding his dirt bike.

Duane started working with Budget Blinds in 2015 in installations. He enjoys getting to know our customers and providing great service. In his free time Duane enjoys the outdoors and fishing at Grand Lake and Summit County.

Our team is looking for a full time installer in the Windsor area. Work includes installing window treatments, driving to appointments, problem solving, work on ladders, and customer service.
After 90 days benefits include: flexible schedule, 5 paid holidays, 5 paid sick leave/vacation days, and 3% matching IRA contribution.
Requirements
- Clean driving record
- Reliable
- No smoking
- Must be able to carry 50 pounds up a flight of stairs
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Must be available to work some Saturdays
- Customer service oriented
