Owner & Design Specialist
Shirell Tislaretz became the Owner and Design Specialist of Budget Blinds of Boardman and Warren in November of 2015. As a lifelong resident of Monaca, Shirell thoroughly connects to the community in which she serves. A mother of two grown children, a son, and a daughter, she likes to read, bake, and attend Youngstown State University football games (her son, Travis is the Tight End Coach). Shirell has an Associates Degree in Accounting, as well as Entrepreneurship Training, but it’s her passion for helping people that drive her and Budget Blinds of Boardman and Warren to continued success!
Frank Tislaretz became Owner of Budget Blinds of Boardman and Warren with his wife Shirell on November 30, 2015. Although a self-proclaimed “silent partner” due to the majority of his time spent doing his day job, his leadership and help have been essential to the team! Frank grew up in Ellwood City, just outside of the franchise’s territory, and relocated to Shirell’s hometown of Monaca raising their two children, and coaching baseball, softball, football, and basketball. He has an associates degree from the New Castle School of Trades and enjoys golfing in his spare time. The knowledge gained from earning his degree, as well as the skills he has acquired throughout his life, have aided Frank and the entire Budget Blinds of Boardman and Warren in becoming a very successful franchise!
