Why Budget Blinds of Charlottesville, Warrenton, Ashburn & South Riding

Wayne is the owner of Budget Blinds of Charlottesville, Warrenton, Loudoun and South Riding. Wayne started his first window covering business in 2003 and has continuously expanded. In December of 2020, he took over ownership of the Budget Blinds of Charlottesville. 

He is a graduate of Penn State Universtiy and is a former US Navy Carrier Pilot. While owning all three Budget Blinds locations, he is also a Captain for American Airlines.

In his spare time, he enjoys being at Smith Mountain Lake and spending time with his wife, three children and granddaughter.

Cassidy has been working for Budget Blinds for 15+ years. She started in 2005 as a consultant. She has worked in all aspects of the business from repairs, installs, consultations to managing the office. In 2018 she was promoted to Operations Manager.

Cassidy graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Interior Design.

In her spare time, she operates an animal welfare non-profit, The Jadie Bug & Tobster Foundation, Inc. She loves to travel and spend time with her husband and two children.

Robert began working for Budget Blinds at a young age. He helped with installation jobs and around the office. Robert has been a consultant since 2018.

He graduated from Virginia Tech in 2010.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Tom has been with Budget Blinds since 2015. He works as a consultant and also helps with installation projects.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children and watching the Nationals.

Ann started working for Budget Blinds in October of 2019. She lives in Culpeper, Virginia with her husband.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors paddle-boarding and swimming.

Brooke has worked for Budget Blinds for over 5 years now. She started in 2014 as an office administrator. She performs a variety of clerical tasks to help our Budget Blinds office run efficiently.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading and watching movies.

As a Design Consultant, Sally has helped countless Budget Blinds customers find the perfect window coverings for their space since 2014. Over the last seven years, her creative eye has helped customers throughout Northern Virginia and Charlottesville. 

Before joining the Budget Blinds team, Sally earned a B.S. in Interior Design from the University of Maryland and owned a home-staging business in Northern Virginia. Arranging and decorating homes is a passion for Sally, which is evident from the moment you sit down with her. Sally is dedicated to creating beautiful, orderly spaces for every client.

When she's not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 34 years, their three children, her grandchild, and her dog, Finn. 

She is an expert organizer and avid walker around her neighborhood. Plus, we can always count on Sally to stand up for a good cause. For the last 10 years, she's raised money for breast cancer research and walked 60 miles in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk. Talk about dedication!
