Rachelle, with 24 years of window covering experience, including 9 at Budget Blinds, stands out as the most industrious franchise owner in the industry. Her journey began at her kitchen table, crafting cornices and shades by hand. She later acquired a local business and transitioned into retail, specializing in fabrics and custom treatments. Seizing the opportunity to purchase Budget Blinds of Williamsburg further demonstrated her relentless determination. Rachelle's unwavering dedication not only to her business but also to the community she serves has been evident throughout her years of ownership.  As she prepares to solidify her position as one of the top franchise owners in the company, she actively participates in panels within the franchise, providing invaluable guidance to newcomers and those seeking to expand their territorial presence. And yes, when her schedule allows, you can still find her hand-crafting a cornice or two for her clients.

Joe joined Budget Blinds of Williamsburg and has been Rachelle's right and left hands when it came to installation. He's been instrumental in making sure that the products installed look their best and are loved by our customers. As the franchise has grown, Joe has outgrown his role of installer and ascended to Field Manager, leading a dedicated team of installers servicing the Peninsula to ensure that the progress and scope of work that they perform exceed our customers' expectations. 

Throughout his tenure, Joe has cultivated valuable connections, gained extensive industry insights, and aims to leverage this knowledge to contribute to the ongoing growth and expansion of the company. Joe is cherished by both new and returning customers alike.

In his free time, Joe loves to spend time doing anything outdoors and building a family with his 3 amazing little ones and his wonderful wife Jennifer. 

Ashlie, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry since 2010, embarked on her journey in window coverings at JC Penny in the Chicago area. She then transitioned to the wholesale sector, serving as an account representative and trainer for six years. Interestingly, she taught and interacted with individuals in the very role she now holds. Following this she returned to retail ultimately finding her way back to Virginia. After reconnecting with Rachelle, her former account from the wholesale position, Ashlie was extended a warm invitation in 2022 to join this exceptional team.

Outside of work Ashlie indulges her passion for travel and enjoys spending leisure time shooting pool with friends.

Stuart, a design consultant with Budget Blinds of Williamsburg, is a true Williamsburg native, having grown up and spent his formative years immersed in the rich history and vibrant spirit of the city's historic district. 

His upbringing was marked by active participation in the community, including his involvement in the golf team and his dedication to achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. After completing his education and serving in the Marine Corps, Stuart was drawn back to his hometown, where he met his wife, who now runs a successful local boutique. 

For over five years, Stuart has been an integral part of the Budget Blinds team, bringing his unwavering commitment to customer service and his deep understanding of the local community to every interaction. His dedication to exceeding client expectations is just one of his many strengths. As a seasoned consultant, he invests substantial time with each client, ensuring that they discover window coverings that resonate with their personal style and they truly adore. Growing up in Hampton, Virginia, Jasmine Kent is a proud Kecoughtan Warrior. During high school, she was dedicated to NJROTC which led to her enlistment in the Air Force. She served for nine years in roles like electronic warfare systems technician, command post controller, and education and training manager, mostly stationed in Little Rock Arkansas then she proudly deployed to Qatar in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. After her time in the military, she continued her collegiate activities and developed her post-graduate goals.

In 2018, she returned to Virginia, working for a variety of exceptional businesses in Hampton Roads which led her in 2021 to join the Budget Blinds community.

Her favorite window treatments are soft treatments, because "if there’s gonna be a window of opportunity, you might as well make it gorgeous!"
