David Powell is honored to serve Budget Blinds of Westfield & Morristown as CEO as well as a member of the design team! David brings 28 years of industry experience into the homes of each and every client and thrives on the diversity of each project. He has even been able to put his schooling from Union College and Kean University to good use as he studied business and design. He enjoys developing and working with industry veterans and considers working alongside them a true privilege. As a resident of Union County since 1971, David loves calling this area home. David has been married to his wife Lorie for 35 years and they have one son whom they love dearly. His passion is his family and you can oftentimes find them hiking outdoors and spending time in the woods. David's latest adventure involves training to be a Cubmaster in the Boyscouts which he describes as, "brutally fun!"

As the Installer for over four years, Marc is an essential part of the Budget Blinds of Westfield and Morristown team. Although an expert at Window Covering Installation, he has also been an independent “Handy Man” for more than ten years! The extreme proficiency Marc has with his hands, coupled with his wit and professionalism leave all Budget Blinds of Westfield and Morristown clients with a sense of deep satisfaction and a smile when the project is completed.

Cathy has been the heart and soul of Budget Blinds of Westfield and Morristown for the past five years. Often a difficult and challenging position, Cathy diligently makes certain that “all the trains are running on time”, and that no one is “late for a very important date”. Her expertise as the Office Manager is what has caused the title of “Scheduler Extraordinaire” to be bestowed upon her! As such, Cathy ensures that every client of Budget Blinds of Westfield Morristown receives the highest level of service.

Although a member of the Budget Blinds of Westfield and Morristown Staff for just over a year, Kathy’s prowess and natural talent for the Window Covering business suggests a much longer tenure. Equipped with a degree from Philadelphia Textile and Design, as well as an expert in Soft Fashions, she is the perfect person to assist clients in selecting the quintessential Window Coverings for their homes. Kathy’s sales expertise in addition to her innate ability to assess and meet consumer needs and expectations is what keeps the clients of Budget Blinds of Westfield and Morristown returning again and again!

Nicole Quiroga is honored to be a part of the Budget Blinds of Westfield and Morristown team as a design consultant! She pays close attention to detail and loves being able to bring her creativity to work with her each day! She prides herself on offering impeccable customer service and feels she has an eye for mixing colors and patterns to help clients get the exact look they are hoping for! She has a BA from the University of Georgia and loves to bring the skills she learned in college to the table with Budget Blinds! Nicole has lived near Westfield for 18 years and loves calling this area home. When she isn't decorating homes for others, she loves spending time decorating her own home. She also loves to knit, crochet, sew, and design accessories! She enjoys spending time with her spouse and two teenage daughters when she isn't at work helping clients! 

Larry Beimfohr is a proud member of the Budget Blinds of Westfield and Morristown team! Larry was a Budget Blinds franchisee for 14 years and is honored to pass the torch on to David Powell this Fall. He is still apart of the incredible team, simply with a new role . Larry has a BS in Business Administration with a minor in accounting and has put those skills to the test over the past 14 years! He has proudly called Mt. Lakes and Mendham home for the last 25 years and has been honored to serve his community so well. Most of his free time is taken up by traveling to state lacrosse tournaments for his two sons and when he has the time, you can find him enjoying a game of golf or traveling the country. Larry and his wife Tara have four beautiful children.  One child is currently in law school in Boston Mass, one lives all the way in Australia, one is getting his Master's degree in accounting across the pond in England and their youngest is a junior in High School. They are so proud of their children's accomplishments and cannot wait to see where life takes them!
