Truly, it was our pleasure to do business with you. To us this was a positive experience throughout. We researched comments on line prior to our initial phone call. We were not disappointed in our decision to call on Budget Blinds for our window dressing needs. The appointment to meet was prompt. With your product knowledge it was clear that you came to provide us with a quality product, not to 'up-sell' us. We found this meeting to be informative, not pressured. You presented us with the advantages as well as your concerns supplying us with various options. This enabled us to base our decision on not just what we felt we wanted but also what was best suited for our situation. Again, we were definitely not disappointed, in fact very pleased with the solar shades we purchased. Our living room facing south and dining area facing west, had always forced us to close out all the sun and basically left us feeling isolated in order to control the heat in the house and the fading of the furniture. We have found since the installation of the solar shades it has made a remarkable difference to us. I would say in terms of temperature in our home it has easily made a 3 degree difference. This combined with the no glare to contend with has quite honestly made a complete difference, even in our disposition, simply because we don't feel separated from the outside world. Our previous encounter with window shades and a box store was a nightmare! I would; therefore, like to say that the install was completed in a timely fashion beginning from the initial phone call.
