Why Budget Blinds of Redding

Jerry Bay is honored to serve the Budget Blinds of Redding team as their President! With 23 years in the industry, Jerry has the ability to help customers find the right solution for their window covering needs. Jerry is certified in Lutron, Smart Home and Somfy Motorization. He has completed Budget Blinds Smart Home and Drapery School courses and loves bringing those skills to the Budget Blinds team!

Jerry grew up in the Greater Nothstate. Born in Red Bluff and raised in Redding and Chico. He and his wife, Kim, raised both of their children in Cottonwood, where they currently live and play. His hobbies and passions include, riding his Harley Davidson with friends , welding, working, and driving his classic Datsun Roadster.

Jerry has been married for 39 years to his best friend and they have two beautiful children, Zach and Jordan, along with three adorable granddaughters, Aria, Peyton and Olive!

Kim Bay is honored to serve the Budget Blinds of Redding team as owner and operator! Kim has a heart for offering quality customer service, solving problems for customers, paying close attention to detail, and always working to learn the ins and outs of an ever growing business.

She has lived in the Redding and Cottonwood area for the past 48 years and loves calling this beautiful area, home.  She loves quilting, going on drives with her husband, spending time with her family and time up at Lake Almanor. Kim as been married to her business partner and husband, Jerry, for 39 years, and together they have a son, Zach, daughter-inlaw Pattie,  daughter, Jordan, son-inlaw Cameron, and three beautiful granddaughters, Aria, Peyton and Olive. Kim loves her family dearly and cherishes any time she can spend with them!

Cameron Brown is honored to be a part of the Budget Blinds of Redding team as a Sales Associate & installer! He is an expert problem solver and offers excellent craftsmanship to each and every installation. He loves being able to travel to new jobs each day and have the opportunity to meet each new client.

Cameron grew up in the Anderson/Cottonwood area and has loved calling it home his entire life. He enjoys staying active with basketball, snowboarding, working out, and building things with his hands. Cameron has been married to his wife, Jordan, for nine years and they have a 6-year-old daughter, Peyton, a 2-year-old daughter, Olive, and a 13-year-old black lab, Luci.

Stashia McWilliams is a dedicated sales associate of Budget Blinds of Redding team. Stashia has been with Budget Blinds since 2022 and has been spending that time absorbing product knowledge and helping install products so she can be well-prepared for any situation.

Stashia was born & raised in California, grew up in Cottonwood, lived in Anderson throughout her teens, and now calls Redding, California home. She enjoys swimming, learning new things, and spending quality time with her close friends. Her goal is to ensure her customers are completely satisfied by delivering exceptional service at every step.

Danielle Ambers is honored to serve the Budget Blinds of Redding team as an Administrative Assistant! Danielle has a knack for problem-solving, is a passionate people person, and is dedicated to exceeding expectations whenever she can.

While originally from Northern Indiana, Danielle has called California home for the past 12 years with the latter 3 years having been spent in the Redding area. She enjoys reading, music, and going on adventures around town with her 5-year-old son Sawyer.
