Why Budget Blinds of Redding

Jerry Bay is honored to serve the Budget Blinds of Redding team as their President! With 17 years in the industry, Jerry has the ability to help customers find the right solution for their window covering needs. Jerry is certified in Timber Blinds Metro, as well as Lutron and Somfy Motorization. He has completed Budget Blinds Smart Home and Drapery School courses and loves bringing those skills to the Budget Blinds team!

Jerry grew up in the Greater Nothstate. Born in Red Bluff and raised in Redding and Chico. He and his wife, Kim, raised both of their children in Cottonwood, where they currently live and play. His hobbies and passions include, riding his Harley Davidson with friends , welding, working, and driving his classic Datsun Roadster.

Jerry has been married for 34 years to his best friend and they have two beautiful children, Zach and Jordan, along with two adorable grandchildren, Aria and Peyton!

Kim Bay is honored to serve the Budget Blinds of Redding team as owner and operator! Kim has a heart for offering quality customer service, solving problems for customers, paying close attention to detail, and always working to learn the ins and outs of an ever growing business.

She has lived in the Redding and Cottonwood area for the past 44 years and loves calling this beautiful area, home.  She loves quilting, taking Harley rides with her husband, and spending time with her family. Kim as been married to her business partner and husband, Jerry, for 34 years, and together they have a son, Zach, daughter, Jordan, and two granddaughters, Aria and Peyton. Kim loves her family dearly and cherishes any time she can spend with them!

Brian Brown is proud to serve the Budget Blinds of Redding team as their office manager! Brian is very easy to work with, is detailed oriented, and prides himself in doing a job well done. He enjoys finding the most efficient ways to complete everyday tasks and loves to be very thorough with each project.

Brian was born and raised in the Redding area and has lived in this community for over 30 years. His best known accolades are the 2006 Section Champions for Football at Anderson High School and earning the award of "Number One Dad!" When Brian is not at work, he is constantly trying to find new and exciting things to do and he currently enjoys working around the house and spending time with his beautiful family. He loves life and cherishes any time he can spend with his wife, Jeanette, their two sons, Wayne and Walker, and their dog, Riley.  

George Ireton is proud to work as part of the Budget Blinds of Redding's Customer Service team! George served in the US Army during the Vietnam era as an entertainment specialist and musician and graduated from The University of the Redlands with a degree in Management. He enjoys speaking to clients on the phone and giving them a great customer service experience!

George has lived in Redding, CA for the past 30 years and he loves calling this area home! He has been married for 46 years and he and his wife have one daughter and two grandsons. Prayers for George's wife would be greatly appreciated at this time.

If you can't find George at the office, you can find him singing songs for the Veteran's Home, Alzheimer's Care Center, and others organizations each week. George loves to spend time with his family and beloved yellow lab, whom he walks daily!

Cameron Brown is a honored to be a part of the Budget Blinds of Redding team as an Installer! He is an expert problem solver and offers excellent craftsmanship to each and every installation. He loves being able to travel to new jobs each day and have the opportunity to meet each new client.

Cameron grew up in the Anderson/Cottonwood area and has loved calling it home his entire life. He enjoys staying active with basketball, snowboarding, working out, and building things with his hands. Cameron has been married to his wife, Jordan, for five years and they have an 18 month old daughter, Peyton, and 9 year old black lab, Luci.
