Budget Blinds of the Oregon Coast has proudly been serving the community for 15 years! In 2006, Madelyn and Randy Harris recognized the need for a full-service window covering company on the coast. After spending many weekends at the coast, traveling from their home in Seattle, they found themselves thinking about how they could make the coast their home. Serving customers with quality products and excellent customer service had been the key to their success in their previous careers in the high tech industry. They didn’t realize that after working with Budget Blinds as a customer, on two separate occasions, that they would become part of the Budget Blinds family of franchises.
