Time for Spring Cleaning and Redecorating

I do believe we have seen the last of the snow, finally!  Time for Spring Cleaning and redecorating in the Fair Grove and Pleasant Hope areas.  One of the decorating trends for spring 2022 is to let the sunshine in.  Sunshine is good for your health and helps your plants grow, so let it inside.  

Takedown the heavy drapes that do such a good job at keeping out the cold and making the room nice and cozy in the winter.  Pack them away for next year.  In their place, put up something light and airy.  Think of bringing spring inside, especially in Republic, Buffalo, and halfway.

The variety of fabrics available will let you choose just how much sunshine to let in. You could go with sheer fabric that almost isn’t even there.  It floats so nicely in the breeze coming through the open window. The soft, opaque color blends with the surroundings.

A little thicker fabric will keep out prying eyes, but still allow the sunshine to brighten the room.  When you don’t need the privacy you can open the outer layer and enjoy the view through the sheers.

Often with metallic threads woven in.
