Why Budget Blinds of North Peoria

Meg Angevine has been the proud Owner and President of Budget Blinds of North Peoria since September of 2016. As someone who was in Pharmaceutical Sales with a focus on serious illnesses like Alzheimer's for 20 years, she is no stranger to the lifestyle and challenges that come with operating a Budget Blinds franchise. Originally from Sleepy Hollow, Illinois, Meg attended Bradley University and after graduation made the choice to remain in Peoria where she landed her first job. As fate would have it, her family was originally from Peoria so the terrain and lifestyle were not completely foreign to her. With family all over the state of Illinois ranging from Germantown Hills to Sugar Grove and Elgin, she has explored a vast majority of her home state. Eventually, however, Meg and her husband, Duane, settled in Dunlap in June of 2001. She is a passionate gardener and a huge fan of her two children, Emily and Drew.  She loves to watch Emily play sports, and visit Drew in Chicago. She and Duane are also the proud parents of three lovely dogs, Sweet Pea, Daisy, and Spot! Equipped with her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Bradley, Meg is used to setting her own schedule and allowing time for all the volunteer work and activities she enjoys. Meg’s true passion in life is helping people and improving the lives of others in any way she can, a characteristic that makes her especially well suited and continually successful as the Owner and President of Budget Blinds of North Peoria!
