    Connor will be your guide to all things window coverings helping you with design elements, proper fit and placement, and in-depth knowledge about your window coverings. 

    Connor has been serving others as far back as when he was 10 years old when he would serve food and drinks to guests at his grandparents’ dinner parties. Connor has a heart to help others and for the community as a whole. His goal in every design consultation or installation is to make sure that the client feels like they’re getting the best value and that they are being cared for. Connor and his family live in Thorold and enjoy getting active together and going out for ice cream at Merrittville.

    Alyssa will be your friendly voice on the phone, or contact via email to aid you through your journey of new window treatments in your home! 

    She comes for a long-time background of customer service & design. With experience from suits to electronics to cars Alyssa has helped customers solve all kinds of problems; and she’s always eager to have an answer for your questions and provide updates. Alyssa and her family of three live out in the country where it’s simple to enjoy her passions of boating, paddle boarding, and simply just sitting on the dock with her family and their dog. 

     

  • Millie & Maisie are kiddos of some of our team members. These two are accountable for making sure their parents on the team take breaks to recharge and enjoy family time. Continuously engaging their parents in fun adventures, and showing their creativity helps the Niagara team to stay focused and be able to provide creative solutions for you the customers! Don’t mind if you get an added smiley face on a communication from us, it's just our Directors of Fun adding a little joy to your lives too.

    Jeff has been guiding clients through different home improvement enhancements since 2001. Clients have trusted him and his design advice with purchases of windows, doors, siding, and blinds. Jeff’s knowledge and understanding of clients' needs and budgets have helped build lasting relationships wver the years. Jeff is the proud Father/Dad to (4) amazing young adults and is married to his best friend Kristin. In his spare time, you will find him biking the trails along the Niagara Parkway, exploring different day trip spots, or attending a Toronto Blue Jays game at Rogers Centre
