Dan and Janine have three beautiful kids that keep them busy and on their toes. During the days, the two of them are hard at work, while they enjoy spending weeknights and weekends with their family and friends.

A Sales Design Consultant with Budget Blinds involves showing people our beautiful, high quality, lifetime warrantied window coverings and helping them select the best solutions for their homes. We believe the perfect in-home shopping experience starts with you!  Our customers are never pressured, our consultative sales process gives you the tools and tips you need to succeed. When a customer orders window coverings through you, we also have top-notch installers to complete the process. 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Complete in-home consultations with flexible scheduling
  • Offer exceptional customer service and expert design advice
  • Accurately measure windows and place orders for products 
  • Discuss and assist your jobs with installers when necessary
  • Document all sales communications, respond to emails and phone calls promptly
  • Follow up on pending sales to closure 
  • Stay current on Window Treatment trends and product changes
  • Participate in periodic training
  • Sales, design, customer service experience preferred
  • Clean driving record
  • Experience with window coverings is helpful but not necessary
  • Proficient with technology 
  • Comfortable with ladders
  • Honest and respectful required
