Why Budget Blinds of Martinsburg

Scott MacKinnon has been the Owner and Designer for Budget Blinds of Martinsburg since 2004. Scott, who is originally from North Jersey, relocated with his wife, Kate who has roots in Martinsburg going back four generations! The move for the couple and the subsequent launching of Budget Blinds of Martinsburg was a fresh start. Scott is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of East Stroudsburg University, studied at Fordham University in Manhattan, and spent his career in education. When not serving the Martinsburg Community, Scott and Kate’s lives are centered around their two girls and one boy. They enjoy hiking throughout West Virginia and cycling the back roads of Berkeley and Jefferson Counties. Scott is very passionate about his work, and thoroughly enjoys assisting his clientele in finding the correct window treatments for their home, as well as window treatments that reduce energy costs and enhance aesthetic appeal! His passion to ensure every customer is beyond satisfied makes Scott MacKinnon the successful Owner and Designer of Budget Blinds of Martinsburg!
