House of Hope Piedmont is a Christian residential home for troubled, hurting teenage girls, offering a Christ-Centered refuge from a life of degradation and exploitation. Budget Blinds of Lexington, Salisbury, Thomasville & High Point South, in the 2nd quarter of 2023, we have made a heartfelt donation of $5,100 to the Terrie Hess Child Advocacy Center. Located in Rowan County, the Terrie Hess Child Advocacy Center has been a beacon of hope since 2005.

We believe in making a difference in our community, and supporting the Terrie Hess Child Advocacy Center is a step towards creating a safer environment for our children. Budget Blinds of Lexington, Salisbury, Thomasville and High Point South is not just about window treatments, but also about community support! We are proud to announce our donation of $5,450 to The Salvation Army Ken Carlson Boys & Girls Club in the 1st Quarter of 2023!
 
The Ken Carlson Boys & Girls Club provides a safe haven for young individuals, offering educational, recreational, and character-building activities. We believe in empowering the next generation and nurturing their potential.
 
Our donation of $5,450 will go toward enhancing programs, expanding reach, and improving the overall experience for the incredible members of the club. Together, we can create a brighter future for our community's youth!

3rd Quarter Donation 2022

We are proud to have been able to help animals in need in Davie County! We are thankful for the Humane Society of Davie County and our clients who purchased during the 3rd quarter, making our donation of $5,250 possible!
The Humane Society of Davie County's mission is to prevent cruelty and suffering among dogs and cats through rescue, adoption, and education. They are committed to reducing euthanasia in our community through increased adoptions, promoting spay and neuter programs, and providing low-income pet owners with access to their food pantry. 2nd Quarter 2022 Donation

Budget Blinds of Lexington, Salisbury, Thomasville & High Point South continued our community donation program with Fairgrove Family Resource Center in Thomasville being our lucky beneficiary! 

The Fairgrove Family Resource Center has been serving residents of Davidson County one family at a time since 1995. FGFRC offers emergency financial assistance and provides nutritious food through their inclusive food pantry. Through the coordination of several programs including parent education, social skill building, and their Nutrition on Weekends (NOW) program, they help children alleviate weekend hunger & families in our area grow and thrive.

1st Quarter Donation 2022

Our donation of $50 per sale in the 1st quarter of 2022 has added up to an amazing $5,800 for Family Promise of Davie County. Family Promise is a charity that is dedicated to transforming the lives of families experiencing homelessness by offering financial assistance, shelter, and case management. 4th Quarter Donation 2021

By continuing our mission to save $50 per sale for our chosen beneficiary each quarter, Budget Blinds of Lexington, Salisbury, Thomasville and High Point South are excited to share we've raised $5,200 to benefit the Humane Society of Rowan County, NC for our 4th quarter donation!

The HSRC formed in October 1973, and since then they’ve worked hard to rescue and protect suffering animals. Today, their services include veterinary care, rehabilitation, foster care, placement, reduced-cost spay and neuter clinics, and so much more.

We have made it our mission to help our community by donating $50 of every sale to a worthy cause and our 3rd quarter contribution did not disappoint! Through your support of our business, Budget Blinds of Lexington, Salisbury, Thomasville & High Point South has proudly donated $4800 to United Way of Davidson County. The United Way is focused on providing opportunity through the building blocks for a good life. These building blocks include helping children & youth to achieve their potential through education, promoting financial stability and independence, and improving health through community outreach programs.

1st Quarter Donation 2021

Budget Blinds of Lexington, Salisbury, Thomasville & High Point South proudly donated $50 per sale during the 1st quarter of 2021 to the Dragonfly House, and the outcome was amazing with $4,300.00! The Dragonfly House is an organization dedicated to changing the response to child abuse by putting the child's needs and comfort first. All services including the Forensic Interview, Child Abuse Medical Examinations, and Mental Health Treatment are handled with their comfortable, child-focused facility. In the past, a child would be taken to several agencies, reliving their trauma with each visit. At the Dragonfly House the continuity of care puts the child first, allowing for the best outcome. Budget Blinds, in partnership with Springs Window Fashions, is proud to be the official window coverings supplier for Homes for Our Troops (HFOT), a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to build and donate specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans to enable them to rebuild their lives. Through this partnership we provide custom window coverings and measuring and installation services in every home HFOT builds.
