Budget Blinds has been amazing to work with the entire time. If you are like me, and googling places to purchase blinds and have them installed, look no further than this company. The first contact I had with the receptionist was very welcoming and warm, and I already felt valued as a customer. Tyler, the owner, came out personally to have a look at my windows and talk about my needs and budget. I felt immediately at ease and comfortable discussing what I was looking for, as well as the dollar amount I had saved for the project. I had already had my heart set on a certain type of blind, which was actually more expensive than the ones I ended up getting. Tyler explained to me why the blinds I had chosen would not be suitable for my lifestyle with multiple kids and dogs, and instead of just making the extra money on the more expensive blinds, he recommended a style that is durable and easily washable while looking sharp and modern. His concern was my longterm satisfaction, even if it meant less profit for his company, which is a rare thing to find these days. When the blinds arrived, and it was time for installation, I again had a very pleasant direction with the receptionist who worked around my schedule. Kevin and Cody were very punctual (early even!) and were super fast and efficient with the installation, cleaned up completely, and it looks so amazing!!! They did a quick , professional job installing the blinds, even with all the dogs trying to distract and "supervise" them. The colour Tyler suggested is perfect with my wall paint. I’m so pleased. A huge thank you to the entire staff and I definitely recommend Budget Blinds to anyone looking! It was a pleasure from start to finish.
