Entering year 7th, we continue to grow with the support of you, our most valued assets - our customers. Some of our most notable commercial successes this year include the new Keene Family YMCA, our designation by the School for International Training as their designated supplier for window coverings from the computer lab to the President's office; and a range of jobs at Keene State College. Rumor has it that we were voted yet again #1 in window coverings by the readers of the Monadnock Shopper. Formal announcement late June. Similar to past years, 2013 is off to an exciting and challenging year. We take pride in every job, from as little as one window, to a complete new house, many of which are shown in our gallery. In 2015 Gary Zimmerman made a decision that would forever change his life, with the founding of Budget Blinds of Amherst. Gary had retired from a career in the Air Force spanning over two decades, during which time he had met his lovely wife. Their family continued to grow over the years, ultimately reaching eight children. After his Air Force career, Gary spent some time working in business development for private companies but he had never lost a passion from his youth to own a business. He realized that the time was right to enter this next phase, and make his dreams a reality. After some soul searching, Gary found Budget Blinds. The company’s values and mission were so closely aligned with his own, that Gary immediately knew that this was the perfect fit for him. Since that time, Gary has worked hard to grow his business. His greatest satisfaction comes from watching a customer’s reaction when they see the final product, which often exceeds their expectations.

With his business continuing to thrive, in 2016 Gary opened a second Budget Blinds in Westford, Massachusetts. Kevin comes to Budget Blinds after over 40 years in corporate america as a product manager and senior sales position.
