Budget Blinds of Tri-Cities is a locally owned and operated window treatment company serving homeowners throughout Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Our family’s experience with Budget Blinds began in 2014, when we owned and operated Budget Blinds territories in Puyallup and Tacoma, Washington. After more than eight years serving homeowners there, we moved to East Tennessee and opened Budget Blinds of Tri-Cities in January 2023. Today, we bring more than a decade of Budget Blinds experience to homeowners throughout the Tri-Cities and surrounding region.

From our location in Piney Flats, we serve Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Greeneville, Elizabethton, Jonesborough and surrounding communities. We provide FREE in-home design consultations, professional measuring and installation for custom blinds, shades, plantation shutters, drapery and motorized window treatments.

We believe choosing window treatments should be personal, which is why we bring the showroom directly to your home. Our design consultants take the time to hear your story, understand how you use your space and learn what you want your home to feel like. We then help you compare colors, fabrics, materials and operating systems in the rooms where your window treatments will actually be installed.

Whether you’re updating a single room, furnishing a new home or selecting window treatments for an entire house, our team can help create solutions for privacy, light control, room darkening, energy efficiency, child safety and everyday convenience. Our custom window treatment options include plantation shutters, cellular shades, roller shades, Roman shades, woven wood shades, custom blinds and drapery.
