Not only do we offer window treatments that carry a Lifetime Warranty from the manufacturer, Budget Blinds provides you with our exclusive No Questions Asked (NQA) replacement warranty that is not available through any other dealer of customer window treatments. This NQA is available to you FREE simply for choosing Budget Blinds as your custom window treatment solution provider.

Manufacturer Limited Lifetime Warranty
Most window treatments sold through Budget Blinds carry a manufacturers’ guaranteed lifetime warranty on their products. All manufacturers warrant that your product will be free from original defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the purchaser owns the product.
This warranty excludes wear and tear. Through extended use, accidental abuse and time, materials used in window treatments may break down. For example, original materials can potentially lose their color intensity, some materials may warp in high-humidity or high UV gain areas, paint finish may crack or peel, operable cords may eventually wear out. These things are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Please contact your local Budget Blinds if your blinds are operating incorrectly out-of-the-box or you are concerned that there is a manufacturing defect.
No Questions Asked Warranty
Budget Blinds is proud to include our No Questions Asked Warranty (NQA) on the majority of all new window treatments we offer (see vendor list below). This warranty is only available through Budget Blinds and is included at no additional cost to our customers. If, for any reason, within 5 (five) years from the date of purchase, your product should be damaged or become inoperable after the point of installation, the manufacturer will provide a “no questions asked,” ONE-TIME replacement, free of charge. This warranty covers the product only, and a minimal service fee may apply to cover the cost of a technician to come to your home or office for warranty work and/or product replacement.
Your replacement will be the same product, same size and same color/fabric as your original order (any change to product specs constitutes a new order). This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and the original window treatment only. Note: the NQA warranty is lifetime for Enlightened Style products. Exceptions apply for some manufacturers, motorized, automated and exterior products. For Commercial-specific warranty information please contact your local Budget Blinds.
