Bill Peach opened the doors of Budget Blinds of Gig Harbor and North Tacoma in 2002. Originally from Berkeley, California, Bill relocated to Washington in 1982, and currently resides in Tacoma. Happily married for 27 years, he is the father of three children; two grown autistic children living at home, and a daughter married and living in Portland with two children. A graduate of California State University Hayward with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Bill enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his family. His management skills, combined with his background in marketing and the fact that he was literally built for this business - standing 6’7” tall, make Bill the successful and revered Owner of Budget Blinds of Gig Harbor and North Tacoma!

Ailsa Adams joined the Budget Blinds of Gig Harbor and North Tacoma team in August of 2005. Although born in Scotland, Ailsa grew up in Bellevue before settling in beautiful Port Orchard. Happily married for 30 years, she is the mother of two children, one of which serves in the Navy.  Ailsa attended Bellevue Community College where she studied clothing textile and interior design. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and going to the ocean. Her background in interior design coupled with her attentiveness and natural good taste, make Ailsa a valuable addition to the Budget Blinds of Gig Harbor and North Tacoma team!

Jack Meisner joined the Budget Blinds of Gig Harbor and North Tacoma team as an Installer in 2011. Jack was born and raised in Puyallup and is intimately familiar with the service area of the franchise. A happily married father of three, he enjoys mountain biking. His skilled craftsmanship combined with a positive “can do” attitude make Jack a very valuable addition to the Budget Blinds of Gig Harbor and North Tacoma team!

Starting in September of 2018, Kimberly Carlsen joined the Budget Blinds of Gig Harbor and North Tacoma team as the Showroom Administrator. A resident of Tacoma all her life, Kimberly is familiar with the territory serviced by the franchise, a fact that helps her relate to potential clients. In her time off she enjoys movies, dancing, traveling, true crime television shows, and spending time with family and friends. She loves getting to know the products the business provides and the industry itself. Her thirst for knowledge and willingness to take on any task make Kimberly an outstanding fit as the Showroom Administrator for Budget Blinds of Gig Harbor and North Tacoma!
