My experience at Budget Blinds turned out to be very satisfying and pleasant. I was very reluctant to deal with a blind company, after a experience with a company whose representative was extremely rude and insulting to my home decor,while coming to do measurements. I decided to try Budget Blinds after receiving the BBB booklet in the mail. The staff answering the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She asked which room, and what type of blind I wanted. An appointment was quickly booked to date and time best suited for me. I received an email confirmation, which made aware my specialist would be Kelly Lewis. Kelly called me just prior to his arrival. He was extremely helpful and so well prepared. He had the fabric I was interested in,and made great suggestions. He also quoted prices, and gave cleaning and warranty instructions. Kelly also made me aware delivery would be in 6 weeks I received an email confirmation of the purchase later the same day.Approximately 4 weeks later I received a call for an appointment to have my blinds installed. Jeremy was also very organized and pleasant. He had the blinds hung in 15 min. He called to make sure I was satisfied and showed me how to open and close the blinds. He also again gave me cleaning instructions. Both representatives had masks and we did social distancing. It was a great experience dealing with Budget Blinds and I will recommend your company to anyone looking for blinds. Now I am looking forward to a hot sunny day to experience the blinds [they are in my sunroom] A big thanks to everyone!

Hi Budget Blinds. Thank you for the card that you had sent to me regarding my new blinds. You installer did a beautiful job installing the blinds. He was very helpful in offering me help to put my curtains back up but I had to wash them first and also asked me for a cloth to clean up some of the dust but I told him I would vacuum everything up and thanked him. When he opened the box and I saw the colour of irony mesh I hated that colour, but did not say anything to him. It bothered me for a few days and they kind of grew on me and now I love the colour. I thought they would be more off white which ivory is. I also showed them to other people here and from outside and they all loved the colour and the blinds. I will and did already recommend your blinds and your installer to other people for using Budget Blinds. Thank you!
