From the first consultation right through to the installation, you were always pleasant, courteous, prompt and flexible in making appointments fit my schedule. Level of service was fantastic, even making two trips for installation when one blind was delayed (through no fault of yours), just so I could have the blinds installed in my family room before Christmas. I really appreciated the little things - replacing my window crank handles with folding versions that do not interfere with the blinds, protecting the floors before installation, taking all of the packaging materials with you! I am very happy with the quality of the shades, much better than some of the samples I saw when comparison shopping. Additionally, some of the competitors could not provide the blinds in the configuration I wanted, which you had no problem with. I was also pleasantly surprised by the pricing, with no 'hidden' costs for measuring and installing. I didn't find a better deal when comparing to other suppliers.
