I had Shutters installed 12 years ago by a company which is now out of business. I called Budget Blinds locally, to ask if I could purchase the magnetized piece which screws into the window frames, as mine had disintegrated. ( I had gone to Home Depot and similar stores... no luck) Stan's staff were very courteous and offered to have Stan call me, as they were unsure if this was possible. Stan called the next day,understood my predicament, and offered to look into it. Lo and Behold, he arrived at my front door, and PERSONALLY DELIVERED a few of the required items... No Charge!! I was gobsmacked!! This is the finest Customer Service I have ever received, and I have just retired from 40 years of Customer Service Management in the Aviation/Travel Industry.
