    We are Tom and Holly Kloth, the proud owners of three Budget Blinds franchises. Holly is knowledgeable on products, color, and design, and Tom measures precisely and accurately for a perfect window covering fit every time! Our installation crew consists of Bob and our son, Elliot. Tom likes to participate in most installations as well. All of us take our jobs seriously to guarantee that you, the customer, have a smooth and worry-free custom window treatment experience!
