Michele Glaza is proud to serve the Budget Blinds of East & NW Mesa as Owner and Office Manager! Michele is an organizational expert and is always looking for better ways to help the office work more efficiently.  She loves taking time to talk with customers and help them get excited about their upcoming consultation. She hopes every customer feels a part of the family and has the best experience possible! A Chicago girl at heart, but Michele has now lived in Gilbert, AZ for 23 years and loves calling this small town home!  Michele loves music, it is the first thing she turns on in the morning. She loves to go to live shows and enjoys each and every genre.  Michele loves to entertain and spend time in her kitchen making delicious meals for her friends and family! 

Michele has been married to Steve for 40 years and they have 4 sons ages 38 down to 8, as well as 4 beautiful granddaughters! Their dog Beau is the official office mascot and lays under her desk, keeping everyone company all day! 

Steve Glaza is honored to wear many hats with the Budget Blinds of East & NW Mesa team as owner, business manager, sales person, and installer! His twenty years of management experience paired with fifteen years working in the window treatment industry, along with his ten years customer service allow him to offer a service that can't be beat! His Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering and Business Management has also served him well as he leads his Budget Blinds Team. Steve moved from the Chicago area to Arizona in 1997 and has loved calling this area home ever since. When you can't find him in the office, you may find him working on his 1960 Austin Healey Replica that he built from a kit. He also loves to golf and watch sports with friends and family! He has been married to his wife, Michele since 1978 and together they have four sons, Matt, Tim, Nathan, and Ryker. Beau, a Portuguese Water Dog is another loving member of their family that you can oftentimes find greeting clients at the office! Steve would love for you to stop by to meet the entire Budget Blinds Team today!
