Habitat for Humanity
On June 15th, a group of local Budget Blinds franchise owners teamed up with Habitat for Humanity to help with a housing project in North Denver. Habitat for Humanity's moto of, "Building strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable housing," is a true reflection of Budget Blinds' commitment to giving back to the community through our Heart and Home initiative. Denver Rescue Mission 2019
Budget Blinds of East Downtown Denver is acutely aware of how immensely impacted the community in which they serve is impacted by homelessness. Due to this awareness, Budget Blinds of East Downtown Denver has pledged to donate one dollar of every window covered in 2019, just as we proudly did in 2018, to The Denver Rescue Mission. Our clients can be proud knowing that every window they cover in their homes will help to feed the hungry!
Bridge of Hope Greater Denver
Recently, several local Budget Blinds franchises had the opportunity to partner with Bridge of Hope Greater Denver. It was an honor to support such an amazing organization that helps single mothers facing homelessness achieve their independence. We contributed to their benefit auction dinner and gala with a gorgeous bedroom makeover "basket" that included products from Budget Blinds. The basket included draperies, a drapery rod, bedding, throw pillows, and wall art to help enhance the comfort of home. Budget Blinds is based on quality products that make a house a home and our Heart and Home initiative is centered around making our communities vibrant and full of hope.
