When a customer orders window coverings through you, we also have top-notch installers to complete the process.

Responsabilities and Qualifications

Responsabilities

  • Complete 3 to 4 in-home consultations each day
  • Offer exceptional customer service and expert design advice
  • Accurately measure windows and place orders for products 
  • Document all sales communications
  • Respond to emails and phone calls promptly
  • Follow up on pending sales to closure
  • Stay current on Window Treatment trends and product changes

Qualifications

  • 1 year of sales experience preferred. Sales does not have to be in window coverings. That we will teach!
  • Excellent, clean driving record, must pass background check
  • Experience with window coverings is helpful, but not required
  • Excellent written correspondence skills
  • Strong math skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Must be able to climb stairs and lift 20lbs
  • Measure overhead and while on a 6-foot ladder
  • Honest, Respectful, and Service-Oriented required
