Jeff is professional and responsible. He responds quickly to emails or texts. He gave us a quote and kept up informed at every step. These blinds are gorgeous. On the 90 degree day, they kept the living room/dining room cool enough we didn't need to turn the air conditioner on. We are also hoping they will keep some heat in over the winter.
