Together, they have grown their family-owned business to eight Budget Blinds territories throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area, building a reputation for exceptional customer service, quality products, and a commitment to helping homeowners transform their spaces. Mike and Adriane believe their success comes from surrounding themselves with an incredible team, treating customers like family, and always striving to exceed expectations.

When they’re not busy running their business, they’re proud parents to their daughter, Harper. Much of their free time is spent cheering her on at volleyball tournaments, traveling, cruising, and enjoying adventures together as a family. For Mike and Adriane, Budget Blinds is more than just a business. It’s a reflection of their family values, strong work ethic, and genuine love for the community they proudly serve.

Our professional Installation Team is the finishing touch that brings every customer’s vision to life. With years of hands-on experience, technical expertise, and a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, our skilled installers take pride in ensuring every window treatment is installed with precision, care, and attention to detail. From custom blinds and elegant shutters to sophisticated, motorized shades and specialty window treatments, our team has the knowledge and experience to handle installations of all sizes and complexities. They treat every home with the same care and respect they would their own, taking pride in their workmanship and ensuring customers feel confident and comfortable throughout the installation process.

With 12 years of experience at Budget Blinds, Kristi brings extensive industry knowledge, dedication, and a passion for helping others to her role as Operations Manager. Known for her attention to detail, patience, and responsiveness, she takes pride in bringing departments together to ensure every customer has an exceptional experience. Kristi also enjoys sharing her expertise with fellow team members and other Budget Blinds franchises.

Outside of work, Kristi is a proud mom to her son, Nick, and her four-legged crew—three dogs, Duke, Flip, and Dash, and a pig named Clark! She enjoys dog sports, attending dog and horse shows, reading, and cooking. Fun Fact: Kristi’s first job at just 16 years old was working on a lobster boat—still the hardest job she’s ever had!

With nearly 10 years at Budget Blinds and a distinguished background as a 10-year military combat veteran specializing in logistics, Brett brings exceptional leadership, determination, and problem-solving skills to our installation team. His military experience has shaped his strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and commitment to getting the job done right, no matter the challenge. Brett enjoys seeing a completed installation come together beautifully. Outside of work, he’s a devoted husband of 20 years and proud father of two. Much of his free time is spent coaching his son’s Little League and travel baseball teams, where he brings the same leadership, dedication, and team-first mentality that make him such a valuable part of Budget Blinds. Fun Fact: When he’s not leading our installation team, you’ll likely find him on the baseball field coaching the next generation of players!

With five years of experience at Budget Blinds and a strong background in construction, window treatments, and customer service, Preston brings exceptional craftsmanship, dedication, and attention to detail to his role as Lead Installer. He takes great pride in helping homeowners bring their vision to life, ensuring every installation is completed with precision, professionalism, and care. He believes that quality workmanship and exceptional service go hand in hand, and he strives to deliver both with every project. Outside of work, Preston enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his family and animals. Whether he’s enjoying the outdoors or tackling a new project, he brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to everything he does. Fun Fact: Preston and his wife own their own beard oil business! His entrepreneurial spirit and passion for creating quality products extend well beyond the world of window treatments.

With a passion for design and a background in luxury event and wedding planning, Kellie brings a creative eye, attention to detail, and a personalized approach to her role as a Design Consultant at Budget Blinds. Having spent years designing elegant weddings and events from the ground up, she understands how to bring a client’s vision to life while balancing beauty, style, and functionality. She believes a home should be a personal sanctuary and takes pride in guiding customers toward window treatments that perfectly complement their space.

Outside of work, Kellie is a proud mother and grandmother who treasures spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoys staying active through fitness, tennis, and outdoor adventures. An animal lover and nature enthusiast, she’s also a passionate Florida Gators football fan! Fun Fact: Kellie has a love for skeet shooting and even spent a season appearing on Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta! Her background in luxury weddings makes that a perfect fit!

With over four years of experience at Budget Blinds, including time spent serving customers in both California and Florida, Stashia brings a wealth of customer service knowledge and creativity. Having worked in customer service since the age of 15, she has developed exceptional communication skills, a natural ability to understand customers’ needs, and a dedication to finding thoughtful solutions. Stashia’s favorite part of the job is hearing from homeowner’s how much they love their newly transformed space.

Outside of work, Stashia enjoys curling up with a good book and spending quality time with her fur babies. She also loves exploring Florida’s beautiful nature preserves and visiting family. Fun Fact: Before making the adventurous move from Northern California to sunny Florida, Stashia explored her creative side designing banners and signs for her local mall and working as a sign artist at Trader Joe’s! Her artistic background continues to inspire her passion for design today.
