Suzi Cipra has owned Budget Blinds of Brecksville since 2009. Every year she has grown her following of loyal and very happy customers, many of who have even become friends! Suzi has three passions critical to her success: A genuine appreciation for design (in addition to a formal education in design); a love for people; and a commitment to customer service. "I love working with my customers, listening to what their ideas are and collaborating to bring their ideas and my expertise in sync and make home decor magic! I look forward to expanding my clientele and creating that perfect and unique look for any budget and taste.

As Budget Blinds of Brecksville's office manager, Kristi spends her days doing a little bit of everything, from speaking with customers, ordering product, coordinating installs, marketing and so much more! Kristi has been Suzi's Office Manager for 11 years and keeps all of us in line. "We would be lost without her!"...a direct quote from Suzi, Isabella, and Chad. "Kristi's customer service skills and her ability to keep all of us organized is a huge part of our good reputation and success," says Suzi.

Isabella is our amazing office admin! If you ever call or text us, chances are you'll speak with Isabella. She schedules Suzi's appointments, takes care of all of our remakes and repairs for our customers, and checks in all of our product. If you call during business hours and she can't answer, it's probably because she's slinging boxes in the warehouse!
