While continuing to grow, they are constantly learning new styles and brands to offer their customers a style and service for every budget! From one window to an entire house or commercial buildings, we are here to help you meet your expectations with your window covering needs. Cory and Jenn live in Champaign with their family. When they are not at work, you can find them spending time with family and friends near and far. We also enjoy traveling, being on our boat or being at local sporting events.

Cory also enjoys golfing while Jenn is more of a reader.

Outside of work, Allie enjoys reading, roller skating, and spending time with family.

Having just joined Budget Blinds a little over a year ago, Anna has quickly become instrumental in maintaining seamless daily operations. Anna demonstrates strong organizational skills through her efficient management of scheduling, customer service, and office coordination.

Joey has three years of hands-on experience in window treatment installation, Joey is the expert behind the flawless execution of every project at Budget Blinds. As Lead Installer, he makes certain that each installation is completed with efficiency and attention to detail. Joey takes pride in his workmanship, which is reflected in the satisfaction of his customers. Whether he is installing a simple shade, or a complex custom motorized solution, Joey’s professionalism and commitment to excellence ensure that every project meets the highest standards. Outside of work, Joey enjoys playing music, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Patrick’s nearly thirty years of extensive expertise in operations and leadership, is essential to Budget Blinds’ success. In his role here at Budget Blinds, he oversees daily workflows and supports the team in delivering exceptional service to customers. Patrick actively works to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and he is dedicated to achieving a positive and productive workplace. Patrick helps make certain that every project from consultation to installation is completed efficiently. When not at work, Patrick enjoys golfing, fishing, and sporting events.

Debbie co-founded Budget Blinds of Bloomington, IL in 2017, with her husband Tom with a shared goal of helping customers turn their houses into homes through stylish, functional window treatments. She has played a key role in building strong customer relationships and creating beautiful spaces for clients. Her warm approach and attention to detail helped build strong relationships with clients across the community. Today, she continues to support the team behind the scenes.

In her free time, Debbie loves getting lost in a good book on the beach and spending time with friends and family.

2025, they proudly handed the reins to Cory and Jennifer (Jenn) Allen, but continues to stay involved, offering their support and expertise behind the scenes. Outside of Budget Blinds, Tom enjoys a good day on the golf course, while Debbie loves getting lost in a good book and spending time with family. Their passion for both the business and their community continues to shine through in everything they do.
