Why Budget Blinds of Austin & Hill Country

Michael is the owner of Budget Blinds in Austin. He has served as the CEO and Senior Design Consultant since 2016. He can offer his expertise in all types of window treatments including shutters, drapes, patio shades and home automation just to name a few.  Michael has been involved in small business his entire life. He used his experience and creative thinking to build a team of Design Consultants, Installers and operational leaders that has launched Budget Blinds into a well-respected, household name throughout Austin and the Hill Country. Michael’s passion in business is to provide exceptional customer service and solve his client’s problems every day. You can expect that same level of commitment from every one of his Budget Blinds teammates. 

Michael lives in Steiner Ranch with his wife Joann and their boys Justin and Tyler. Justin is an Aggie and Tyler is a Panther at Hyde Park High School. When he is not solving his client’s problems, you can find him on the golf course, at a football game or on the beach with his family.

Adriana is the glue that holds everything together. She is the Office Manager and is responsible for everything from sales to installation and your complete satisfaction! Adriana is an entrepreneur who owned a wholesale business and boutique for 15 years. Now she serves as our number one problem solver. When she isn’t working you can catch her with her two kids (three if you count her fur baby).  Adriana loves spending time in the water, gardening and listening to music.

Josh is an Crew Leader with a background in window covering installation and fine carpentry. He is great about noticing the details and going above and beyond for our clients. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, hiking and paddle boarding when heading outside. He also enjoys playing video games or board games with friends when deciding to stay in. 

Yovana is an Installer. Small but powerful. She can tackle any installation you throw at her. She tends to be more reserved, but she is fantastic at building relationships with the client to make sure they are satisfied with the installation. She is working on getting her master's degree in accounting. She enjoys playing soccer and taking walks with her husky. 

Mike is a Crew Leader. Mike has been in the window coverings industry for 15+ years. He strives to make every install the best one yet and he loves to talk to you about the window solutions you selected! Mike is quick on his toes and is detail orientated, but don’t blink because he is super-fast too. Mike is a family man who loves his work. If he’s not hanging from a ladder installing you can find him fishing and playing with his kids, on the golf course with his wife, or laying by the pool with the whole family. 

Rebecca is a Design Consultant. Her attention to detail and eye for design helps customers choose treatments that are both functional and beautiful. She specializes in shutters, blinds, shades, and motorization. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys hiking in the Texas Hill Country, spending time with her three children, and playing competitive board games. 

Brooks is a Design Consultant with a background in the theater world. She has a creative eye to really bring a room together and add those magical touches for all your windows. She specializes in shutters, blinds, shades, and motorization. She loves animals and has an adorable French bulldog named Bean. She has lived in multiple cities in Texas and loves the adventure of trying new things that each new city brings. 

Joy is a registered Interior Designer which allows her to select the perfect window treatments to suit your home. She specializes in blinds, shades, shutters, and motorization. In her free time Joy likes to travel, listen to to true crime podcasts, and play Monster Jam with her son. 

Christina is a Design Consultant. She has a fashion merchandising background but after starting a family she decided to pursue interior design. She takes her passion for design and presents you with the best solutions to meet your needs and aesthetic. She has been in the window coverings industry for over 6 years and has a deep knowledge of all our products but loves Drapery & Shutters.

She is always working on a home remodeling project in her own home. He husband is her favorite contractor -no he is not for hire! Christina loves traveling, cooking, kayaking on the lake, exploring new restaurants, live music, and Podcasts ( especially true crime)  But, her favorite thing is to spend time with her husband, 2 daughters and her Berne doodle-Duke.

Cassie is our go-to girl for scheduling and marketing. She has a background in retail and customer service and loves to help our customers. She is the one that manages our social media!
