Member Comments: We've spent at least $5,000 buying window treatments for two homes from Budget Blinds. We were very satisfied with both experiences; great selection and product, responsive and sincerely helpful customer service. For such a large company, they really have a neighborhood, family feel; perhaps because they're small, locally owned franchises? I was prompted to write this now due to a service experience: we have had our current blinds from Budget for 5 or 6 years now (love them!), and the mechanism broke on one blind. I no longer had the paperwork, but didn't know who else to call. Not only were they super friendly and understanding over the phone (I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me) , they sent someone out to fix the blind and didn't charge me a cent!! After five or six years, with no paperwork....they just fixed it for free. Where do you find that kind of customer service these days? It's the kind of thing that creates loyalty, and I will definitely continue to use Budget Blinds for future window treatments.
