They say husbands and wives shouldn't work together, but for Cheryl & Matt it's a perfect match. Cheryl brings ideas and vision to the organization, and Matt keeps things rooted in reality. They both have big hearts for their clients, team, and the communities they serve, and they work hard to instill those same values in their four children. After almost 14 years in business, they're still eager to connect with each client to help solve their needs, and know what a privilege it is to be invited to help with every new project.

Chris has been a key member of the team since 2018, as a natural next step in his long career in home building and remodeling. You will see Chris around town both as a design consultant and an installation tech. His extensive background means he understands how your home was built; he can suggest the perfect window coverings for your space as well as make installation adjustments in real-time to ensure the best fit, look, and longevity for your project.

Dan has been installing for Budget Blinds since 2017. When he's not adding the finishing touch to your beautiful home's windows, he keeps himself busy with his wife, three kids, and bloodhound, Honey.

Fun fact: Matt, Dan and their siblings all grew up and went to school together in Lisle, and reconnected when Dan joined the team.

Diane has been a part of the Budget Blinds family since 2018. Diane and Cheryl met through their children's school, and what started as a a short-term project turned into something bigger when Diane felt an instant connection with the team and their passion for helping clients. Diane regularly heads up special projects, and is often referred to as the "Queen of Data" in the office, since her eye for details and order keep all our systems and your projects moving forward from start to finish.

Introducing Jackson Henrikson, our committed Security Officer. With a wagging tail and a watchful eye, Jackson takes his duty seriously, overseeing all package deliveries, inspecting all who come and go, and patrolling the premises. Jackson not only exemplifies our commitment to safety but also brings a sense of joy and companionship to our office, making him a cherished and integral member of our work family.
