    Karen Lowman is proud to serve the Budget Blinds of the Eastern Shore Team as owner, sales manager, and administrator! She enjoys interacting with people and loves to assist new homeowners with their window covering choices. Karen grew up in Chestertown, attended college in Elizabethtown, and currently calls Rock Hall her home. She has lived in the area her entire life and loves her community!  Karen can often be found gardening and boating and she loves to spend time outdoors. Her favorite outdoor activity is spending time on her SUP (stand up paddle board) and she loves watching sports. Her husband, Dale, is the co-owner of their franchise and they enjoy being able to work together each day. They have two children and they love any time they have to spend as a family!
