    Brad and Janice Billingsley are the enthusiastic and eager Owners of Budget Blinds of South Amarillo. The two love being owners of a Budget Blinds franchise because it allows them to meet new people, make connections, and discover hidden connections between themselves and clients that they never knew existed. Graduates of West Texas A&M University, Brad and Janice have happily called the Amarillo-Canyon area home their entire lives. They are the proud parents of one daughter, and grandparents to two delightful grandchildren. The Billingsley’s also have two relatively rare Picardy Shepherds, and are actively involved with the Berger Picard Club of America which has provided them with the amazing opportunity to develop friendships throughout the United States. The passion Brad And Janice Billingsley have for meeting new people, making new friends, and satisfying the needs of every client are the perfect recipe for making them the continually successful owners of Budget Blinds of South Amarillo!
