Graduates of West Texas A&M University, Brad and Janice have happily called the Amarillo-Canyon area home their entire lives. They are the proud parents of one daughter, and grandparents to two delightful grandchildren. The Billingsley’s also have two relatively rare Picardy Shepherds, and are actively involved with the Berger Picard Club of America which has provided them with the amazing opportunity to develop friendships throughout the United States.
