I would like to thank Dave for rescuing me last week after The Blind Shop cancelled my appointment on me because they could NOT reinstall the blinds that I purchased from them onto my new brick wall in my den! My husband called Budget Blinds and spoke to Dave who was at my house within hours to take a look at my situation and take care of it! He measured and came back the next day with the proper tools and hung the blinds back up for me. He had never done it before but wasn't afraid to do a little research and get the job done for me.
